If, within 45 days of purchase you do not believe HearPod has helped your hearing problem, we will give you a full refund. Hearing aids must be returned in like-new condition with all boxes, remaining batteries and wax guards. Customer pays return shipping.***

During this same period you can also upgrade your HearPod digital hearing aid to any other HearPod model. You will receive full credit of your original purchase towards your upgrade. 1-Year Warranty

If at any time during the term of your warranty you feel your HearPod digital hearing aid is not performing at the same level as when purchased, send it to us and we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Customer pays return shipping. ***

Extended Warranty

Every HearPod digital hearing aid comes with a one-year warranty. An additional one-year warranty is available at the time of purchase for only $98 per hearing aid. While the hearing aid is under warranty, a customer can renew the warranty for an additional year for $135. ***

Extended warranties include FREE batteries and wax guards. We provide 52 batteries (one for each week) and six wax guards (one for every two months) for each hearing aid purchased.

Repairs for HearPod hearing aids that are out of warranty are $179. Customer pays shipping. Repairs are warranted for 6 months.

***Warranties do not cover loss of instrument, or shell replacement due to excessive damage of shell being crushed or damaged, due to use or improper shipping to HearPod. HearPod reserves the right to determine if any HearPod is damaged beyond repair and is not covered under standard warranty.***
