1. If you have a recent audiogram (within the last 6 months), fax it to us toll-free at 800 409-5128. On the fax, please include
your name, address, e-mail address and the telephone number
where we can contact you. We will program your HearPod digital hearing aid to the exact specifications on your audiogram. If you don't have a recent audiogram, you can get one from your doctor or hearing health professional. This service is
usually covered by insurance and is free from some providers.
If you cannot fax or email your audiogram, the online purchase
section of our site has a place where you can enter the values from your audiogram.
2. The online purchase section of the website allows you to choose from one of six audiograms. Just pick the audiogram that best matches your audiogram.
