Every HearPal digital hearing aid comes with a six-month warranty.

During the six month warranty period for your HearPal, you can upgrade your HearPal digital hearing aid to any other HearPod model. You will receive full credit of your original purchase towards your upgrade. Your only cost will be a $35 handling fee per hearing aid, plus the difference between the cost of your purchase and the upgrade product. Customer pays return shipping.

If at any time during the term of your warranty you feel your HearPal digital hearing aid is not performing at the same level as when purchased, send it to us and we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Customer pays return shipping.

Warranties include FREE batteries. We provide six batteries for each hearing aid purchased.

Repairs for HearPod hearing aids that are out of warranty are $179. Customer pays shipping. Repairs are warranted for 6 months.
