In either case, download and print this upgrade form and include it with your shipment.

If you purchased your HearPod hearing aid without a custom mold and now want to upgrade it, please include $79 per HearPod. We will custom mold your earpiece and express ship it to you. (Customer pays for shipping to HearPod).
