Getting Started

1. Activating batteries

Your batteries come in a dial package. Open the flap on the back of the package and turn the dial until you see a battery. Turn the package over and let the battery fall into your hand. Removing the plastic tab activates the battery.

2. Inserting batteries

Open the battery door on your hearing aid and notice that it has a groove. Place the grooved side of the battery into the grooved side of the battery door. You know you have it in correctly when you can close the door.

When your HearPod is not in use, open the door to extend battery life. To ensure optimum performance, change the batteries weekly.
