We Guarantee your HearPods will fit great.

With any order for any 32-channel Model HearPod.

If for any reason our HearPod fitting system isn’t right for you, we will make a custom mold for you for your right and or left ear. There will be no charge if you want custom molds for your 32-channel HearPods within 45 days from the purchase date of your Hearpods.

After you have tried our fitting system, if you believe that a custom-molded earpiece would better suit you, please get a silicone mold from your physician or hearing center, or if you have a custom molded hearing aid or custom sound plugs already, send it to us and we will use it to make your custom HearPod. All molds are returned with your new custom HearPods.

Requirements

1. Your current mold should be comfortable, and fit snugly inside your ear.
2. The size of the HearPod hearing aid you order should correspond to the size of your current aid. The only exception is if you choose a HearPod in a smaller size than the size of your current hearing aid.

For example, if you have a CIC now and order a canal size aid, your old aid will not give us enough information to properly make the canal size mold. Therefore, please order the same size or a smaller HearPod digital hearing aid so we can give you the quality fitting you deserve. All old instruments will be returned with your new custom HearPods.
