If you believe that a custom-molded earpiece would better suit you, you can purchase your HearPod hearing aid with a custom mold for only $129 more. If you have a custom molded hearing aid already, send it to us and we will use it to make your custom HearPod. Or, you can get a silicone mold from your physician or at a hearing center. In either case, download and print this upgrade form and include it with your shipment.
If you purchased your HearPod hearing aid without a custom mold and now want to upgrade it, please include $129 per HearPod. We will custom mold your earpiece and ship it back to you. (Customer pays for shipping to HearPod).
