Upgrade Model or Size

Within 45 days of purchase, you can upgrade from a HearPod I to HearPod II, or from a Canal to Mini-Canal or Mini-Canal to Completely-in-the-Canal HearPod and receive full credit of your purchase price towards your upgrade.

Your only cost will be a $35 shipping and handling per hearing aid, plus the difference in price between your purchase and the cost of the upgrade product. Simply return your current hearing aids.

Upgrade to custom-molded earpiece

Within 90 days of purchase, you can upgrade your HearPod to a custom-molded earpiece. Return your digital hearing aid along with a silicone impression of your ear. Silicone impressions can be purchased from hearing health care providers. If you prefer, send us your current hearing aids and we can use them as a guide to make custom HearPods. Include $79.00 per aid and your current HearPod with this certificate.
