Troubleshooting

Intermittent sound and loss of sound clarity or volume can frequently be corrected by simply replacing the battery or wax guard.

If the hearing aid whistles in your ear, make sure that it is seated in your ear canal properly. Try adjusting the fit of the aid to ensure it is snug, but not too tight. (Note the RED HearPod is for the RIGHT ear. The BLUE HearPod is for the LEFT ear. The hearing aid should always be positioned so the clear plastic extraction handle is on the BOTTOM side of your ear.)

Thank you for purchasing your HearPod digital hearing aid. With proper care it should provide you years of reliable service.
