We custom program your HearPod hearing aid to conform to your individual hearing loss. Using a recent audiogram - within the last 6 months. You can fax your audiogram to us toll free at 800 409-5128. On the fax please include your name, street address, email address and telephone number. If you prefer, you may email your audiogram to customerservice@myhearpod.com.
If you don’t have a current audiogram you can get one from your doctor or hearing health care provider. This service is usually covered by insurance, and is free from some providers.
